I have over a decade of experience working in IT consulting, finance and staffing. I began my career consulting for Fortune 500 companies, providing IT, Sarbanes Oxley and ERP implementation services. In 2019, I moved into financial sales, quickly finding the top of the sales leader boards. While still feeling like I needed to discover my true passion, I worked my way into the staffing industry.I realized from there that being surrounded by people and helping hard-working professionals realize their dreams, was my ultimate version of success.

Starting my own staffing and consulting firm was the best way for me to continue my passion and peruse my mission to bring a new sense of professionalism and service to the staffing industry. CZ Consulting is founded, first and foremost, on trust.
