SEARCH & SCREEN

By scouring the market and leveraging our top-of-the line tech platforms, we can quickly identify the best candidates for your position. We will screen and interview all candidates, prior to sharing them with you.

PLACEMENT

We will coordinate interviews with hiring managers, HR and anyone else you need our candidates to speak with along the hiring process. Once an offer is made and signed, we will help you coordinate start date and logistics to be sure everything goes as smoothly as possible for your rock star's first day!

PAYMENT & GUARANTEE

Once your new hire is with you for 30 days, we follow up to make sure everyone is happy and collect our placement fee. All of our candidates are guaranteed to stay with you for at least 90 days; if for some strange reason they do leave before then, don't worry! We've got you covered....we will find someone new to replace them, for free!
